I arrived in Texas at around 11:40pm. I didn’t say goodbye or exchange numbers with
the two ladies I had met waiting for and riding in the plane; I regret that, it’s like I left things
unfinished, but I hope I made some kind of positive impact on them by being friendly for
the time I spoke to them. Tecumseh said
"Always give a word or a sign of salute, when
meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all
people, grovel to none. When you arise in the morning, give thanks for the food for the joy
of living, If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault is only in yourself. -Tecumseh
